Strictly Scrapbooking charge a flat rate shipping of $7.00 We only send out items in perfect condition, packaged in a way to insure they arrive in your scrapping room in that same perfect condition.
However, we can not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. Registered Post with insurance to the value of $100.00 is available on your packages at your discretion, for a small fee of $2.60. This can be selected at the checkout stage. If you are an international customer, and would like trackable postage, please email me beforehand, and I will give you a quote for trackable postage.
Refund Policy :
In the event of faulty goods being received, you must notify Strictly Scrapbooking within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All faulty goods will be returned to Strictly Scrapbooking at buyers expsense, for refund or replacement.
Strictly Scrapbooking accepts no responsiblity for goods damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
Delivery Terms:
All orders will be packed within 24 hours of being lodged.
Orders paid for via paypal/credit card will be posted within 24 hours. Orders paid for via Money Order will be posted the same day the Money Order is received. Orders paid for via Direct Deposit will be posted on the day the funds have cleared into our account.
Items can only be posted Monday - Friday, as our Post Office does not operate on the weekend. Pickup is also available if you are near Katoomba NSW. Contact Linda:
